About me

I came to design through teaching.

My journey began in a Teach For India classroom with 66 third graders, where I learned firsthand that learning only sticks when it connects to what people care about. Today, I combine human-centered pedagogy with strategic design to create high-impact learning experiences at scale.

Where I've applied this philosophy:

  • Corporate LXD. Sales-readiness and performance training at Boston Scientific.
  • EdTech & publishing. Accessible K-5 literacy programs at McGraw Hill.
  • Teacher training. Educator courses and webinars reaching 75,000+ teachers across India.
  • Higher education. Culturally relevant program design for new Ed.M students.

Whether I'm designing for young readers, global peacebuilders, or enterprise sales teams, my goal is always the same: build clear, empowering learning environments where people feel seen and capable.

How I work

My process bends to the problem.

Some projects need the full rigor of ADDIE. Others move faster with SAM. Either way I follow the same instinct: understand the people first, make something rough early, and keep what the evidence says is working.

Understand

I sit with learners, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to find the real need behind the request and get clear on the change we're actually after.

Shape

I map backward from the outcome, sketch the experience, and decide where practice and feedback belong.

Build

I develop the experience using Storyline, Rise, Vyond, PowerPoint, etc. Accessible, on-brand, and ready for the LMS.

Learn

I look at what happened against Kirkpatrick's levels, listen to learners, and revise. Nothing is ever really finished.

Back to Understand, and around again. The loop is the point.
